OmniUpdate + Destiny Solutions Has a New CEO

We have some exciting news. OmniUpdate + Destiny Solutions has a new CEO! His name is Brian Kibby and he brings an exceptional record of growth and digital transformation to our company, including 23 years at two of the world’s largest EdTech and content companies, McGraw-Hill and Pearson.

Brian Kibby, CEOBrian has deep expertise in personalized learning. At McGraw-Hill Education, he helped turn personalized learning into a global movement to increase student performance, while making education more affordable. Recently, as CEO of Knewton, he led the creation of Alta, a SaaS personalized learning platform for STEM, which led to the acquisition of Knewton by John Wiley & Sons.

We’re also happy to report that our former CEO Lance Merker isn’t going far. Lance has transitioned to the company’s Board of Directors and will have continued engagement with our community.

With Brian at the helm, lots of good things are on the horizon and we can’t wait to share them with you.
