Access

As an administrator, you can determine which groups of OU Campus users have the ability to use, open, or edit each piece of content. Accomplish this by planning access needs and assigning access to content within OU Campus.

Section and FolderLink to this section

  1. Create a group containing the users who will be allowed access to a given section or folder.
  2. Navigate to Content > Pages and find theappropriate section or folder.
  3. Click More Actions More Actions Menu.
  4. Click Edit > Access.

  5. In the Access Settings box, from the "Access Group" dropdown, select the appropriate group.
  6. Click Save.
