Access

As an administrator, you can determine which groups of OU Campus users have the ability to use, open, or edit each piece of content. Accomplish this by planning access needs and assigning access to content within OU Campus.

  1. Create a group containing the users who will be allowed access to a given section or folder.
  2. Navigate to Content > Pages and find the appropriate section or folder.
  3. Hover over the section or folder, hover over Edit, and click Access.

  4. In the Access Settings box, from the "Access Group" dropdown, select the appropriate group.

  5. In the bottom right corner, click Save.

  3. Hover over the page, hover over Edit, and click Access.
