Super Administration Overview
The Super Admin screen provides administrators with an interface to add, modify, and remove Accounts, Sites, and Users.
Login credentials to access Super Admin are usually provided to clients who have purchased an Enterprise implementation. If you are the admin contact for your institution, have an Enterprise implementation, and you currently don't have super admin credentials, you will need to contact support so we can assist you. If your institution is currently hosted with us as a SAAS implementation you will have to ask your sales representative about purchasing Super Admin access.
