The version 10 Support Site is just one way to obtain information about using the OU Campus CMS. The Help menu, found on the right-hand side of the global navigation Bar, provides links to some of the other support resources available to users.
The Help menu includes:
- Support: Provides a link to the Support Site.
- Community: Links to the OmniUpdate Community Network (OCN). Members of the active OmniUpdate Community Network (OCN) include both staff and OU Campus administrators and users.
- Feedback: Links to the New Features and Feedback Forum. The Feedback Forum provides a way to offer a suggestion for a new feature or improved functionality for an existing feature for OU Campus.
- Release Notes: Provides the most currently released version, date of release, and a bit of information about any resolved issues, changes and new features.
For additional support, the in-house technical support team that can be contacted via phone at (800) 362-2605, option 2, through the Help Desk ticket system, or via email (emails sent to support automatically create tickets in the OmniUpdate Help Desk).
