New Feature Spotlight: Notes and Bookmarks Gadgets
Among the features released with OU Campus version 10.4 were two new gadgets, Notes and Bookmarks.
Note: In order to begin using the gadgets, an administrator will need to visit the Marketplace and install it into their account.
The Notes Gadget is used to write notes on a page, letting conversations about the
content take place in a quick and convenient matter. Notes can be private as well,
in case you wanted to jot down a reminder for yourself.
The Bookmarks Gadget lets you save any URL within OU Campus for easy access, from
pages you're working on, to assets, to custom reports, and more!
We are pleased to present our free monthly training classes on OU Campus™ topics of interest. These classes are held the last Tuesday of every month and are
open to all OmniUpdate customers (administrators and users). These 30- to 45-minute
sessions cover both new and existing OU Campus features and close with a Q&A session.
Our next Training Tuesday event will take place on May 31, 2016 at 11:00 AM PDT. We'll
be discussing Access and Workflow in depth!
We record all of our Training Tuesdays so they can be watched and downloaded at your
convenience. Our latest recording can be viewed on our Vimeo channel, fully closed-captioned:
