  • Edit access information such as approvers, templates and toolbars by clicking the Access icon. If you select the 'This folder and all existing items within' option in this panel, it will change ALL folders and files on the staging server.
  • Remove binary files (images etc.) from the staging server by clicking the Purge icon. All images, PDF files, Flash and movie files (all non-text) file types belong on the production server. • Add direct edit button or last modified date link to all pages on the staging server by clicking the Initialize icon. If you are using the last modified date link, doing this will set all pages on the staging server to have the current date. Using this does not affect the files on the production server.
  • FTP permissions to the staging server can be reset using the Fix FTP icon, this is only useful if you have access to the staging server and have created or uploaded files or folders via FTP. This is safe to do at any time.
