Response Time

OmniUpdate promises 24-hour response time; you will receive a response to your support request within one full day of it having been received, whether it was sent received via phone or email. You will often receive a response even more quickly than this, as our team prides itself on speedy delivery of service. However, please remember to allow the full twenty-four hours before contacting Support again.

Please note that said response will not necessarily include a resolution to your problem. Although the problem may be one that is quickly and easily fixed and closed, most initial communication will contain information as to when the issue might be resolved.
