Current Projects

 

The "Current Projects" button displays a list of all the pages currently checked out to you.

Here you can edit, preview, check in, or pass files on to the approval/publication system. Any time you are about to leave OmniUpdate, you should come to this page to view all files that you currently have checked out and check them in unless you are certain you will be returning shortly (if someone else needs to update the page and you are out of the office, that person will be unable to update the page while you have it checked out; they will have to contact the system admistrator to have the file checked in manually). This page is also helpful when you may be working on a large site with multiple files and directories as you can easily choose a file to edit rather than navigate through the directories.
