  1. Intro

Authority Levels are set by administrators. Corresponding functions that can be used vs authority level is given in the table below.

Level 8 Users can edit only areas wtihin OU Tags, not the entire web page.
Level 9 Users can be restricted from having access to the Full Page HTML by checking the "No Full HTML" check box within the Setup/Users Tab by an Admin.

Files in workflow or approval process cannot be deleted without first being checked in. Level 8 users can only delete files and folders to which they are assigned access rights.

Save Page as, and upload overwriting existing files (Level 8 can only overwrite files they belong to.)
Create New Directories

Ability to Move and Rename Files. (Level 8 Users can only move and rename files they belong to.)
